Bureau ServicesOur internal Call Centre operates on a 24/7/365 basis, and facilitates Bureau and Vehicle Recovery Services to all our clients who require one or both of the available facilities. Our Call Centre serves as a central contact point to clients for technical enquiries, emergency and after hours support. Vehicle recovery and emergency support services are provided in association with Capital Air which has operating infrastructure and personnel in South Africa and the majority of SADC countries. Technical Consulting and SupportProfessional consulting and support services are available to our clients on all aspects of telematics applications. These include solution development, implementation and management to suit specific application requirements. Client Relationship ManagementWith our Call Centre as the operational hub for client support Pulsit Electronics utilises CRM (Client Relationship Management) practices to ensure managed and structured maintenance and technical support to our clients.
